She has a daughter named Bobbi Christina. Dionne Warrick is her aunt. Things I didn’t know about Whitney Houston: she had a dad who died in 2003 and a step-mother named Barbara Houston.

Barbara Houston, Whitney Houston’s step-mother is apparently suing Whitney, accusing Whitney of pocketing a million dollar life insurance payout from the death of her father John Houston. Apparently the money was supposed to go towards paying off the mortgage on John and Barbara’s New Jersey condo with the balance going into Barbara’s bank account for her daily use; but Whitney apparently pocketed every dime of it.
