I say good riddance to OJ Simpson. He was stupid enough not to cherish the second chance he received after he was found not guilty of killing his ex-wife Nicole Brown. It’s his own fault he’ll be in the slammer for the next nine years at least.

That said, I don’t agree with the way people are saying that the universe conspired to make sure OJ would end up in prison where he should have been since 1994. Let’s face it, even if we feel certain that OJ killed Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman, we can’t prove it any more than the prosecution was able to prove it. He was found not guilty so as far as the law is concerned he didn’t commit the crime. There was/is no proof that he committed the murders so people shouldn’t be so sure they know he did it to the point where they’re celebrating the fact that he got thrown in the slammer with a 15 year sentence. This case has nothing to do with the death of Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman, and if that played into the judges decisions then that constitutes corruption.

I’m frankly disgusted with OJ Simpson and believe he got what he deserved, but not because of the infamous murder trial. I just think OJ was an idiot and he’s getting what he deserves for his idiocy. No one but him will ever know for a fact whether or not he killed Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman so we need to stop bringing up the subject of the murders when talking about his current conviction.
