According to reports from the Associated Press, two disabled police officers in Ciudad Juarez Mexico who were part of a specil unit to help the disabled were shot to death while they performed their traffic patrol duties. The officers, Tirso Reza, 50, and Jose Luis Paez, 47 were fatally fired upon by unknown assailants. Reza was wheelchair-bound. Paez was visually impaired.

It is not known why the two officers were targeted.
