Meanwhile, Internal Promotions, which covers sales incentives, says that the company’s programs on quality, productivity and error reduction take up about 4.32% of total sales. Promotional products, even those, like promotional mugs or custom mugs, and specially those, used for Employee Safety Education, are about 3.06% of product sales. Finally, the PPAI survey indicates that patriotic gifts comprise about 5.44% of all corporate gifts sales.

In general, if to take all the numbers covered above, 21.3% of promo items are geared towards employees.
