A sheriff’s deputy of Warren County in Raleigh North Carolina has been arrested and charged with two counts of sexual battery. Cornelius Orlando Davis is being accused of walking up to women in a Walmart store and a Kohls store and rubbing his genitals on them. More from abclocal
