Police “110 percent” certain Curtis Lavell Vance killed Anne Pressly

Curtis Lavell Vance, the suspect in the killing of Anne Pressly, claims he wasn’t in Little Rock, Arkansas when the anchorwoman was brutally beaten. However, police say that DNA evidence “confirmed with all scientific certainty” that Vance was the one who attacked and brutally beat Anne Pressly on the morning of October 25 2008.

New details about the severity of the beating that resulted in the death of Anne Pressly have been released by her mother Patti Cannady. Speaking to NBC, Patti Cannady said that her daughter fought so hard for her life that her left hand got broken in the struggle.

Patti Cannady also gave the following description of the condition in which she found her daughter on that fateful October morning:

“Six weeks ago this morning, I found my daughter beyond recognition with every bone in her face broken, her nose broken, her jaw pulverized so badly that the bone had come out of it; I actually thought that her throat had possibly been cut. Her entire skull had numerous fractures from which she suffered a massive stroke.”
