Eugene Corbesero is a former Roman Catholic priest who’s currently serving out a five-year prison sentence. Corbesero pleaded guilty to molestation charges in June 2007. He admitted molesting a 12-year-old when the boy slept over at his house in 2006.

Corbesero was trying to get himself admitted into a pretrial intervention program. Completion of that program would have meant the charges against him would be dismissed, but a judge decided to reject his request to be admitted into the program. More on this
