A man in Peekskill New York has been arrested and charged with illegally performing dentistry from his kitchen. Police found out about Carlos Flores’ kitchen dentist operation after a man who went to get a tooth pulled ended up in the hospital. They arrested Flores for practicing dentistry without a license.

Flores claims he is licensed in Ecuador; however he is unlicensed to practice dentistry in the US.

Police say Flores was giving his patients wine from a jug to help them cope with pain from the procedures he was performing on them. Flores’ patients were poor Hispanics.
