On Sunday, 61 year old Buddy Dean Lilly was killed at the Orcas-Gabrielino Equestrian Cente, a riding area at Hansen Dam Park in the San Fernando Valley in California. Lilly was riding with friends when his horse suddenly spooked. Lilly slid off the saddle before he could regain control of the animal. The horse raced wildly through the woods dragging Lilly along.

Sadly, Buddy Dean Lilly’s body slammed into a tree. He suffered a crushing blow to the head that killed him instantly.
