A homeless man in Miami has been arrested and charged with beating to death another homeless man. 29-year old Sedrek A. Singleton has confessed that he beat 41-year old Todd Hill, another homeless man, to death. According to what witnesses have told police, Hill was asleep on a riverfront bench Friday when he was attacked and beaten with a blunt object. He died at the hospital.

Police encountered Singleton while searching the area for a suspect. Singleton told them he beat Hill with a tire iron death because Hill looked at him the wrong way.
