It is being reported that a girl from Visalia was kidnapped and raped by her biological father at approximately 11 p.m. Thursday in the Kaweah Lake Area.

Visalia is, a Central California town in the San Joaquin Valley 230 miles southeast of San Francisco and 190 miles north of Los Angeles.

Ricky Huss, a resident of Vasalia is being accused of forcing his biological daughter to go with him to Kaweah Lake, and while there molesting and raping the girl.

Huss has been arrested and has been jailed on suspicion of rape, child molestation, incest and kidnapping.
