A student at Pines Lakes Elementary School in Pembroke Pines Florida is facing possible expulsion after holding up a classmate at knifepoint and robbing him.

Broward school district spokesman Keith Bromery has stated that a 7-year old boy held a kitchen knife to the nose of a 6-year old and demanded money. The 6-year old is said to have handed over a dollar. The 6-year old boy was not hurt. The 7-year old has been suspended for 10 days and will likely be expelled and placed in an alternative school for children with disciplinary problems.
