It’s kind of hard to believe that with everything else she must have had going being a married woman and a teacher Christine McCallum managed to find time to have sex every other day with the student she’s being accused of raping. In case you’re not familiar with the story, Christine A. McCallum, a 29-year old married teacher from Massachusetts has been accused of statutory rape. She allegedly had a sexual relationship with one of her students starting from when the boy was thirteen. The boy is now sixteen and McCallum is facing multiple charges of statutory rape for carrying on with him for a period of 21 months. The boy has told police that he and McCallum had sex at least 300 times during the time they had a relationship.

Somehow it seems incredible that this woman could have had sex with this boy every other day for almost two years. It’s tempting to think the boy must have grossly exaggerated the number. It might have seemed like 300 to him but it was probably considerably fewer; and if the number of charges and the number of counts of statutory rape being filed against her is in part being based on this number it seems like police should do everything possible to find prove that this woman did have sex with this boy 300 times.

Christine McCallum has pleaded not guilty to the charges filed against her.
