News that the remains of a young child have been found near the home of the grandparents of missing toddler Caylee Anthony is spreading around the Internet; however it is important to note that there is no confirmation that these remains are the remains of Caylee Anthony.

The mother of Caylee Anthony, Casey Anthony, is currently in jail facing charges of first-degree murder in the presumed death of her daughter. Until forensics expert come back with the results of their DNA testing on the remains that were found today by a utility worker, it will not be known if indeed Caylee Anthony’s remains have been found.

Caylee has been missing since June 2008.
