California couple charged with kidnapping and torture of male teen

Police in Tracy, California, have arrested Husband and wife Michael and Kelly Schumacher for the kidnapping and torturing of a 17 year old boy who escaped from their home on Monday.
The boy reportedly showed up at In-Shape City Sports Club at around 4PM Monday afternoon begging to be hidden. He was wearing only “flesh colored boxer shorts”, and had shackles around his ankles. The Sports Club manager called the police and it was discovered that that the boy had run away from a foster home in 2007 and gotten picked up by the Schumachers who kept him prisoner for over a year.
Police believe the boy was possibly sexually abused by the Schumachers. More on this story
