Artificial vitamins can substitute natural to the full!
Do you like fresh fruits and vegetables? Fo sure! But what should you do when there are no vegetables and fruits because there is no season for them? Say, you want to buy a peach in winter but unfortunately peaches do not grow in winter and the only way out for you is to buy the conserved fruits in the store or you order them to be delivered right from Turkey or other warm countries. Anyway, if you think over the vitamins that a peach contains - you must be sure you eat it fresh otherwise there is no difference either you buy a frozen peach, a conserved one or just go to the drugstore buying artificial vitamins. There would be no positive result in any way unless, I repeat, you eat a fresh, just culled from the tree.
It is clear that there are no artificial vitamins that can ever replace natural ones. Still, there are periods in our life especially in spring when our body lacks vitamins and some not widespread vitamins like, for instance, Vitamin E or Ascorbic Acid Powder necessary for any living process in our body.
