Heath and Deborah Campbell, the parents who made news a month ago when a ShopRite store in New Jersey refused to write the name of their son Adolph Hitler Campbell on a birthday cake, have had their son Adolph and his siblings Joycelynn Aryan Nation Campbell and Honszlynn Hinler Jeannie Campbell removed from their home.
