A 16 year old boy is dead and his 13-year-old brother is one of three boys being accused of killing him. Police in Boston say the 13-year old and two other boys have been charged with shooting and stabbing Jordan Mendes, 16, setting his body on fire, stealing $10,000 from him and using the money to purchase a BMW.
While two of the boys have not been named due to their ages, a third has been identified as 20-year old Robert Vacher. The boys are all facing robbery and murder charges.
According to the reports, Jordan Mendes was killed as a result of being shot in the chest. He was then stabbed in the neck and the head.
